Fire Retardant Intumescent Cable Coating for Wires and Cables
ZOAN Cable Fireproof Coating is developed using innovative intumescent technology and has own patents. When fire occurs, the coating will rapidly expand to form a foam char layer that prevents fire propagation. ZOAN800 fireproof cable coating is water based, asbestos-free, non-halogenated and environmentally–friendly.

Do I Need Special Equipment In Order To Apply Zhuoan’s Fireproof Coatings?
Zhuoan’s fireproof coating applied using a plural (2K) spray gun or brush or roller. For spray model, the coating uses specific ratio, and sprays on using standard plural spray equipment that mixes at the nozzle of the spray gun. The process requires no heating equipment or other apparatus besides the plural spray gun.
What Does The Certification Process Entail?
Training is at our facility or yours. We teach you how to use it, the application process, and how to recognize proper effect. Experienced painters generally pick up the technique and understand the minor differences in a few minutes. We recommend two days of training to allow ample time to cover maintenance of the equipment, trouble shooting, and to understand the technology.
