Passive Fire Protection Flame Retardant Intumescent Paint Auxiliary Agents for Building Coating
This flame retardant is intumescent, single component, integrated with acid source, carbon source and gas source together, which contain N-P cage macromolecule. Environmental friendly,non-toxic,can instead of classical system(which consists of ammonium polyphosphate, melamine, pentaerythritol system). They are added to flammable materials—such as wood, plastic, paper, rubber, or fibers—to make them less likely to catch fire or to prevent the spread of fire. Some materials used in buildings, household goods, daily necessities, and electronics such as household appliances, can be sources of fires or lead to fire spreading. If we are to live safe and healthy lives, we need to make these materials less flammable and reduce the generation of toxic gases or substances. "Flame retardant" is the generic name for chemicals used to meet these goals and requirements.
The purpose of these ecological products is to render materials virutally non-flammable. One of the keys is to make a chemical change in the material. When this change occurs, it renders the material non-combustible. Their products fire retardant, flame retardants and firestops provide a ''Class '' fire rating when applied correctly. In addition to fire retardancy, all fire retardants contain a mold and mildew inhibitor which when applied, helps protect against black mold, bacteria, fungus, and insects such as termites.
