Fire Protection Intumescent Finishing Wood Fire Resistant Coating
It integrated decorative effect with fireproof function. When the coating suffering fire attack, it can be expanded and form a uniform honeycomb layer, which can effectively delay the spread speed of fire,
so endeavour to gain more valuable time for fire fighting.Its main components are film-forming emulsion, phosphorus-nitrogen-carbon flame retardant materials, pigments and fillers, additives,etc. it has significant fireproofing effect, stable performance and the paint color can be customized.

Widely used for industrial and civil architecture, high-rise building, landscapes, hotels, theaters, temples, cultural and entertainment venues, ancient buildings of wood materials, fiberboard, particle board, etc.,but not for metal surfaces.

With wood Fireproof Coating,the substrate surface must be clean,dry and free from contamination, such as dust,oil stain,water stain,etc.With steel Fireproof Coating, only a NACE 3 / SSPC-SP 6 commercial blast cleaning is typically necessary.

Do I Need Special Equipment In Order To Apply Zhuoan’s Fireproof Coatings?
Zhuoan’s fireproof coating applied using a plural (2K) spray gun or brush or roller. For spray model, the coating uses specific ratio, and sprays on using standard plural spray equipment that mixes at the nozzle of the spray gun. The process requires no heating equipment or other apparatus besides the plural spray gun.
What Does The Certification Process Entail?
Training is at our facility or yours. We teach you how to use it, the application process, and how to recognize proper effect. Experienced painters generally pick up the technique and understand the minor differences in a few minutes. We recommend two days of training to allow ample time to cover maintenance of the equipment, trouble shooting, and to understand the technology.
